ALL FIESTA BAR ORDERS INCLUDE: 2 TRAYS OF (1) RICE AND (1) BEANS 2 DOZEN SOPAPILLAS, CHURROS, OR FLAN 1 TRAY OF CHIPS AND 1 QUART OF SALSA

Fajita Bar:

2 trays of Fajitas (chicken, steak or both) included with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole and (24) tortillas (serves 25-30)

Enchilada Bar:

3 trays of enchilada casserole (cheese, chicken, beef or any combo) included with lettuce, tomatoes and onions (serves 24-30)

Tamale Bar:

3 dozen tamales(beef, chicken or pork) included with a tub of green chile and 1 dozen tortillas (corn or flour) (serves 24-26)
